If you would then like us to reserve the room(s) please reply by email and we will provisionally reserve the room(s) for you.

Once we have acknowledged your provisional reservation to you we will require a £50.00 non-refundable deposit per room to confirm the booking with either your credit or debit card details over the phone to 01803 213311. We will then send your receipt in the post with a confirmation letter of your guarenteed booking to your given address.

The provisional booking will be held for 48 hours awaiting confirmation and after then it will be released for re-sale.
