If you would then like us to reserve the room(s) please reply by email and we will provisionally reserve the room(s) for you.
Once we have acknowledged your provisional reservation to you we will either:
a) for normal hotel tariff bookings - require a £50 per room per night deposit to confirm the booking with either your credit or debit card details over the phone to 01803 213311. Please see our cancellation policy in the room rates section.
b) for advance payment discounted rates made though our online booking system - require full payment at time of booking which is non refundable and non transferable with either your credit or debit card details over the phone to 01803 213311.
American express cards will incur a 1.5% charge.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday/travel insurance to protect your holiday.
We will then send your receipt in the post with a confirmation letter of your guarenteed booking to your given address or by a confirming email.
The provisional booking will only be held for 48 hours awaiting confirmation and after then it will be released for re-sale.
