RESERVATION
Provisional bookings should be confirmed within 24 hours with a non-refundable deposit of £50 per room per night. We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation/travel insurance to protect your holiday. Provisional bookings not confirmed will be released after 24 hours
Christmas and New Year deposits are 50% of reservation value with full settlement 1 month prior to arrival and all deposits are non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the Management reserve the right to make a charge for the total value of the booking.
PAYMENT
Cheques are accepted, within the set credit limit.
All cards are accepted (except Diners). American Express card transactions are subject to a 1.5% charge.
Unconfirmed bookings – payment in full will be requested on arrival.
PETS
We regret that pets are not accepted at the hotel.
