2026 Brixham Pirate Festival

The Brixham Pirate Festival returns for the Early May Bank Holiday weekend (2–4 May 2026) and it’s one of the most swashbuckling events on the English Riviera!

Expect live sea shanties, epic pirate battles, historical reenactments, street performers and treasure-filled stalls taking over the beautiful harbour of Brixham. The whole town joins the fun, with many visitors arriving in full pirate attire — so don’t be surprised if you find yourself surrounded by scallywags and sea captains!
