Wedding Information

With new guidance released from the government we have put the following procedures in place for wedding receptions. These can take place from Saturday 15th August.

All guests must have their temperature checked including the wedding couple. If the wedding couple have a temperature over 38° the reception will be unable to be held.

A total of 15 people will be allowed to attend the reception which will include the wedding couple and guests.

Social distancing will be followed with emphasis on households and bubbles. This will include seating for the wedding reception.

The wedding attendees will be asked to sanitise their hands frequently throughout their stay and wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds whenever possible.

Where possible wedding reception attendees will be asked to wear face masks especially for public areas of the hotel.

DJ’s, discos and dancing are strictly prohibited.

Buffet menu options will not be available with table service being offered for all wedding receptions.

A detailed seating plan will have to be arranged with the wedding coordinator which will be restricted to a maximum of 2 households to each table.

Wedding attendees will be asked to use the function entrance, toilets and bar facility to reduce mixing with hotel guests and the general public that can be found at our terrace. The rooms used by the wedding reception shall be off limits to hotel guests.

Outdoor ceremonies are still unable to take place at the hotel.
